What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Additionally, we also accept payments via PayPal.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Abeja Reyna only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, our products come in beautifully designed packaging, making them perfect for gifts.
How can I stay updated on promotions and new product launches?
You can sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on promotions, new product launches, and exclusive offers. Simply enter your email address on our website to subscribe.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@abejareyna.us We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where do you ship?
Abeja Reyna currently offers shipping to all states within the United States.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Once orders are placed, adjustments cannot be made.
Shipping Costs and Payment Methods
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping to any state on orders over $60 USD. Otherwise, shipping costs vary
based on the state. Please refer to the shipping cost calculator at checkout for details.
How do shipments work?
We work with a fulfillment service, which typically delivers orders within 1 to 6 days, depending on the
state where the order is placed.

Returns
What is Abeja Reyna's return policy?
If your Abeja Reyna product(s) are not perfect for your skin, you may send them back to us within 30
days from delivery for a full refund or Instant Credit (excluding original shipping costs, if any). Please note
that any discounts applied to the order will be prorated in the refund amount. There will be a $5 fee
deducted from the refund to cover the shipping label.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please submit a return request [here](#) and include your order number, the name of your item(s), and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and a commercial invoice via email. Please print the invoice and attach it to your shipment.

To process your return, please ensure that the order ID is visible on the return address and attach a copy of your invoice or confirmation email, along with your order number and contact information. We recommend that you return items using a secure or tracked shipping method (and retain the tracking number). Unfortunately, Abeja Reyna and Shiphype will not be responsible for lost returns or the cost of return shipping.
