Abeja Reyna USA Online return policy

If your Abeja Reyna product(s) are not perfect for your skin you may send them back to us within 30 days from delivery for a full refund or Instant Credit (excluding original shipping cost if any). Any discounts applied to the order will be prorated in the refund amount. There will be a $5 fee deducted from the refund to cover the shipping label.

Once we receive it and verify that everything is goodconditions, we will refund your money.

To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received, with their original packaging and all tags attached (e.g., honey with its security seal).

The hygiene and safety of our customers are very important to us, so opened products cannot be returned, including: Opened, used, or with broken protective seal facial and body products.

To process your return, please ensure that the order ID is visible on the return address and attach a copy of your invoice or confirmation email, along with your order number and contact information. We recommend that you return items using a secure or tracked shipping method (and retain the tracking number). Unfortunately, Abeja Reyna and Shiphype will not be responsible for lost returns or the cost of return shipping.

To get started, you can submit a return request here. You must include your order number, the name of your item(s), and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and a commercial invoice via email. Please print the invoice and attach it to your shipment.
